I have always been a little bit chubbier. Even as a baby.
Never OBESE, just plain..LAZY. I hated sports. I still do. I find running painful and boring, I have had no motivation to DO anything about my unnessecary fat, no matter how many nights I would stay up and cry, wishing I was thinner for whatever reason--- my clothes, my boyfriend, photographs... wanting to feel genuinely BEAUTIFUL.
I have been a horseback rider for 8 years, it is the only thing i ever genuinely loved. Last summer, when I rode the most, my weight hovered around 130lbs. I was not happy then, either. I haven't ridden in months, and probably will not start again any time soon.
Right now I am 5'4'', and weigh my heaviest-- 139.4 lbs.
My grade 12 prom is coming up in June, and I want to fit into what ive gone to call a "skinny dress". A dress in flowy material, that I can show off a flat stomach and toned arms.
So! I feel nervous setting my weight goal for 125, as I was not happy when I was close to that last summer. But I figure that by exercising more (GROAN!) I will end up gaining muscle weight, too.
I have 10 months to lose the weight. Which, I believe, is plenty of time! Because I will feel like this is achievable, I will be more motivated. I expect I will lose it before the deadline.
Just wanted to say hello
