Hi everyone...I've been a poster of another board but became disenchanted with all the drama there, and really just wanted to connect with ppl who are committed to healthy eating and fitness in all its forms.
I've been up and down weight wise but have found my stride in my 40's. I finally know how to feed myself properly, regulate my blood sugar, and get a balanced diet. I weight train, run, kickbox, do yoga, miuntain bike, wakeboard and of course walk my dogs regularly. The one thing I don't do well is take a rest day
