Hello please Evaluate my plan

Im Fourteen years old and looking to improve cardio fitness strength and general fitness.

Monday: Strength training

Tuesday: 7 km run to beach then swim

Wednesday: Strength training

Thursday: 9 km run to beach then swim

Friday strength training + swim

Saturday: Sprint/speed training

Sunday: rest

If I work hard using this routine progressivly increasing weight lifted and distance/speed travelled in run/swim aswell as clean up my diet will it work?
Is there something I should be doing differently?

Not really, I used to be very fit simply from sports but then had an ankle injury so now im just looking to regain fitness and improve my strength and endurance. I have been enjoying running a lot so I am considering entering in some local fun runs? Sorry my goals are so vague lol
