Hello People!

So, I am new here and I thought I'd say hello to everyone! :}

I've been looking for some kind of forum about fitness so I could have a little support when I begin working out a bit. I have never been overweight or struggled with body issues, so I am not really looking to lose weight. My goals are to get in shape (because I am not nearly as active as I want to be) and be the most healthy me I can be! I'm looking forward to reading/adding to the discussions on here and getting fit. Thanks!

Have you taken a look around the site yet? There are some pretty good stickies (threads that permanently stay at the top of some of the forum sections) on various topics that might interest you. What are you currently doing for exercise/activity?
