Heya people, my names kyle. Im 18 years old and from the UK. Recently ive been in the hospital for an operation and was put on medication that had traces of steriods in. Ive been recovering from my operation for around 4 months now and ive put a good bit of weight on. Its gotten so bad that now ive got stretch marks on the front of my belly, on my sides, next to my nipples and all round the side of my armpits. Im getting better now and have just joined this forum because i am determined to loose weight. I feel abit bad about the strech marks because ive been reading up on them and it sounds like you cant get rid of them completely :( but can you all please look out for any questions i might need answering.

Welcome to the forum.

I suggest that you visit the diaries of a few successful weight losers and see what they are doing. That might help you get your project off on the right track.

If I see any of your questions I will help you if I can.
