Military man. Was fit once but about four and a half years of sedentary work and bad lifestyle has led to a substantial weight gain.
Got a shock when I got a new bathroom scale that read my weight to be 99.6 kgs... well that was erroneous... it was 89.6 after calibration...phew!
nevertheless, that makes me about 17 kgs over with my height of 184 cm and age 33.
Did some research and came to the conclusion that walking is the most efficient exercise to weight loss...comments on that are welcome.
I have been taking hour long power walks for six days now... as on date I weigh 87.7... thats almost two kgs down. (all weights are taken last thing before sleeping for uniformity)
