Hello people!

I never joined a fitness forum, but I discovered this one, dedicated to those who want to lose weight, and joined.

Some facts: I am almost 38 old, I have 280 lbs, height 5 and 9. Or 127 kg and 175 cm height. All my life I had troubles with my weight.

Being obese, my life was and still is a hell, I live as in black hole and want to escape.

It is a matter of logic that I want to lose fat and inches around my waist, hips, etc, also fat from inside.

I began a diet on 10th June, since then I lost 12 lbs, but I know that healthy is to lose constantly 1 or 2 lbs per week.

My weight goal is to reach 176 lbs. Around 80 kg. Time? Healthy time. Not fast. Perhaps until the Christmas of 2010.

I would appreciate and thank any guide and help by word and information.

In other words, what must I know, what must I do?! Also is a good idea to have a Polar watch with a chest belt? If so, Polar or other brand, what model would you recommend to me? Is good to have a diary online of diet? Which one as long as I saw a lot of websites.

And again, how to lose this bad fat?

Please, help me sharing from your knowledge and personal experience.
