hey im new to this but im a start of by saying i have been looking at peoples storys and photos and i am amazed.
i have let myself go over the last few years i weigh now bout 202 lbs i would like to lose about 29 lbs untill now i have had no motivation lol but looking at other peoples sucess storys people who have lost double or triple that has changed me and i thank you all for that.
i will be posting photos before and progress so hopefully the next person gains that insperation that i have im going on a bit now so i will end this lol

It is a good idea to check out the sections on exercise and nutrition and pay particular attention to the sticky threads.

Start a diary and visit other people's diaries - and that way you make friends and build a support network.

Get a free account from to log your food and your exercise and see how the calorie balance provides a deficit which can bring you some weight loss.
