Hi everyone, this is my first weight loss forum after messing a bit around google for awhile. been looking for a site to provide some reference to and this one seems to be a pretty good one
I'm in my last year of my undergraduate at the University of Guelph (close to Toronto, Canada) and kind of put on a few pounds over the years and want to 'shed 'em. I've gone through books and books of weight loss programs and tried various dieting and exercise plans and can't seem to stick with them.
At least with this community there seems to be people sharing the same problems as me.
I'm about 5'6 and am at 180-190 (fluctuates with latenight eating binges), I have my eyes set on 160. sigh. someday!
