Hi peeps,

Thought I would drop by and say hello new to this forum but not to forum life :)

I am 31 always in a battle to maintain my figure and generally on some sort of diet!!

I work out and have changed my body already just looking for tips on maintanance etc.

Hi and welcome :)

I'd check out the diary section- there are lots of good ideas and advice in there, as well as how people realistically cope with their diet on a day to day basis. I'm very quickly becoming a fan of keeping a diary, I get positive feedback and suggestions that way.
 
Thanks Amy I shall have a look I have done a journal in the correct section of this forum and agree that a diary is defo the best way of keeping track of what you eat and what you do at the gym.
