Hello, noob here

reissue

Just joined and wanted to introduce myself. I'm reissue and I've been working towards changing my life via diet and fitness for 30 days. So far so good.

Bigreen, I changed my diet to mostly low cal foods and I have been lifting weights and doing cardio. So far I have lost 20 lbs in 30 days. My goal is to lose 20 more before Thanksgiving. Things are going great, I had forgotten how good things like grapefruit, broccoli and cottage cheese taste. I really haven't had to change the amount of food I was eating just how and when I eat it. Recipe sites have been a huge help in keeping main courses flavorful and interesting. Anyway I wanted to say hey and mention that I am off and running, hopefully I can learn something here.
