I'd like to know more about fitness and I'm looking to lose some weight. I'm currently doing a program 3 days a week, it's good for 2 hours with cardio and weight training. I do 30mins-1 hour cardio on the remaining 4 days. Is that healthy or am I overdoing it? Any thoughts?
