Hi!

I am new to this forum. Been doing a weight loss program since Feb. 28th and have lost 56 lbs. 12 more to go until my goal. WOO HOO.

I look forward to getting to know you.
 
I'm doing the 5 & 1 plan. I have soups, oatmeal, pudding, shakes, hot cocoa & bars plus 1 lean and green meal. That is usually 7 oz chicken and green beans.
 
Well that's good.... I was thinking that maybe you only drank the shakes. That's what she did and although she lost weight quickly she killed her metabolism. Good luck on your continued weight loss!
