Hello, New to the forum

Hey, I'm Jessica and I'm 16 years old

I've always been motivated to exercise but I've only done it for my health, not my appearance. But now I really need to get into my best shape because Prom night is only 2-3 months away!! And in August, Ill be going on a Cruise to Puerto Rico with my family, so there's another motive.

My worst troublezones are my calves (thick and unportioned with my body, thanks to genetics) and cardio. Cardio always seems to be my downfall because I really dont like running. And my other cardio options are very limited because I have weak knees. I sprain my knees about twice a year, every year.

Let me start with, welcome to the forum! Moving on, what's wrong with girls with big calves, some guys like it :p lol.. Anyways, for you particular goal, I'd look into perhaps eating healthy and maybe some cardio on an eliptical machine to avoid knee strain and too much direct calf work..
 
Hi jessica - have you considered swimming? No impact or stress on your knees + great cardio.
