Hi there everyone. Everything having to do with this post is new to me. It has been a bit embarrassing but I am getting over it (which is why I am here!).

I am a very tall woman. I am 6 feet and 1/4 inches tall. I have always been tall, but never been huge. Well...this was when I was in high school, and up until about a year and a half ago. I had started dating this guy that pretty much changed me about 3 years ago, in a bad way. I had gotten depressed and stopped doing the things I loved (being outside, being active, eating weird but good for me foods, etc). Now here I am over that, with someone I love and motivates me...but one thing has finally hit me. I have gotten HUGE. 105 lbs huge. When I was 19 I was at a comfy 180 lbs. It wasn't totally thin but I felt great and was in great shape. I also thought I looked great. I have been thinner, but I never felt as good as I did around 175-180. And I guess for being 6 feet tall that's alright, so the internet says.

ANYhoo. I want to lose this weight and complete the rehabilitation I have had to undergo after a very hard start as an adult. I am looking forward to support and tips, and as I learn hopefully I can help others.
