hello new here

Hi everyone,

I am new here to the forums and I finally have some time to get in shape after going full time college and working full time. I normally walk about 30 minutes a day and soon im thinking about taking out my weights to strengthen my arm muscles. I came here looking for tips on how to cut some fat off my abs and loose a few pounds for myself and my health. I hope to find some helpful people in here and keep myself motivated with exercising.

Read the stickies. Start working out with weights. Watch your diet. Start doing some cardio - walking is light for a young lady like you.
