Hello new here

so, im about 210 right now. I was 185 about 2 years ago, i'd like to get back down near there.
My biggest was when i was 16, i was 260 and my lowest was 183 on easter 2007.
I have lots of pictures not sure if where i should put some but i just did a good 30mins of cardio this morning and i need to get on track with my diet to lose about 20lbs in the next few months :D

:waving: Hello...I'm new to the site also...you seem pretty determined so keep up with the cardio and you will do fine. I work out mon-fri cardio and weights and it's coming off slowly but surely. Take it one day at a time.

It can get very discouraging sometimes but think positive...I wish you all the best :coolgleamA:
