so, im about 210 right now. I was 185 about 2 years ago, i'd like to get back down near there.
My biggest was when i was 16, i was 260 and my lowest was 183 on easter 2007.
I have lots of pictures not sure if where i should put some but i just did a good 30mins of cardio this morning and i need to get on track with my diet to lose about 20lbs in the next few months

Hello...I'm new to the site also...you seem pretty determined so keep up with the cardio and you will do fine. I work out mon-fri cardio and weights and it's coming off slowly but surely. Take it one day at a time.
