Hello all. My name is dwight. Im a 20 year old college student, that is..well acording to doctors..obese. Im 5'10.5" and 270 pounds. Around 3 years ago i was pushing 300. Just to give an idea of my build. My gut, is only two inches bigger then my chest. So i have a big frame i guees you could say. I wear a 2XL shirt and a 36" waist, but i do have to wear a belt if i want to keep them up. So that should give an idea of how big i am. I really dont think i am that big, but in this day and age, im not accepted for many things. Basicly i want to slim down some, i know i wont wear no medium shirt, as im built fairly big. But it would be nice to be smaller. I want to work out, but its mostly lack of motivation. My goal, is to get down to around 220. Well this is gettin kinda long, so if anyone has any tips, or somthing to motivate me with..id apreciate it, thanks.
