Hi there. This is my first time on a weight loss forum and I'm joining because I know I need support!
I'm 31 years old, about 6 foot, and 210 lbs. I know it's not the most dire of situations but I think losing weight is one of those things that it doesn't matter how bad your situation is, the point is: you've got a situation. It's depressing and it's hard.
I'm not following any particular diet - basically I'm counting calories and trying to get my intake to fit into my BMR. I'm aiming to lose a pound a week, so I'm dropping off 500cals/day in order to get there.
How's it going? Well, I'm about 3 weeks into it and it's going pretty well. But I know I'm getting to the point now where I need support to keep going because temptations are growing!!
