Update
Well it's been awhile but I finally reached my goal. I am now at 180 lbs. Which means that I've lost 52.4 lbs since January 2nd of this year.

I am 17, 230 lbs, 6'6, small frame and am a light to moderate exerciser.
I am currently on a low calorie diet (1500) calories and the lowest weight for my height using a respected IBW mathematical formula would be 175 lbs. That's 55 lbs less from my current weight. It seems to me that that is too much and that I would be anorexic if I did that.
I would like to know what weight I should be at and how long it would take me to do this with 1500 calories.
