Well it's been awhile but I finally reached my goal. I am now at 180 lbs. Which means that I've lost 52.4 lbs since January 2nd of this year. :)

I am 17, 230 lbs, 6'6, small frame and am a light to moderate exerciser.
I am currently on a low calorie diet (1500) calories and the lowest weight for my height using a respected IBW mathematical formula would be 175 lbs. That's 55 lbs less from my current weight. It seems to me that that is too much and that I would be anorexic if I did that.
I would like to know what weight I should be at and how long it would take me to do this with 1500 calories.
 
Just an update. I've lost 11.6 lbs since January 2nd doing the low cal diet. I don't feel much of a difference though. :p
 
nearly 12 pounds in 14 days seems a little scary to me.. I would advise upping your calories, but that's just me, I'm not a dietitian or anything, but from the information I gathered 2~ pounds lost per week is PLENTY.

It should slow down soon, but most of what I'm losing right now is most likely water weight.
