hello! need advice :(

Hi,

So I recently started a clean diet, lots of fruits veggies and protein, and a workout routine 4 days of bikram yoga and 3 days of strength training, cardio, and core exercises. I need to lose about 40lbs at the most and a lot of my issues are my stomach and back. I want to be leaner and more toned. I would just like some advice on different exercises, if my routine sounds like its going to make a difference, and if there is anything else I should try with this lifestyle change. I just want to see a difference and I hope what I have going on will do that for me.

Since you just started doing this, I think you need to give it a try for a while and see if you start getting the results that you want... if not, then something needs to change. There is no perfect routine out there, so go out and do what you enjoy because that's what you'll most likely stick with in the long run!
 
You have started something but you didnt mentioned you are following some doctor rules or not. I think you shoud join in a Jim and they can teach you how you can control weight.
