my name is Dave.
I actually came here in order to look for a video that shows how to do pole dancing. My girl wants to do it because it is very good exercise

If any one knows a video like that I would be ahppy to hear.\

haha pole dancing has been a big craze as a fitness class (at least here in vancouver it has been) It's what I think you (chillen) assume it is. You can even buy your own pole for the bedroom! They also offer many strip tease classes around here (my gym has one as well) Sorry tho Dave, I am not aware of any videos.

Lol, doesn't sound like spam to me, pole dancing is a fantastic workout, a good mix of cardio and body weight exercises in one. It's a huge hit in the UK!

I can't advise you on the best around though but there are tons available in video stores
