hello, my name is aimad what's your opinion about HCG diet?

Now i weigh 158,4 right now,i'm 23 years old and i need to lose 4 LBS so i can to play in the light weight division.
I would start by taking small steps, drink some water, reduce the portions a bit, avoid fast food or refreshments. See what's in your diet and try to improve some aspects small and easy to handle.

what's your opinion about HCG diet?:hurray:

You're obviously a liar, and incompetent at it.

Besides all the incoherent random stuff you are filling this forum with, you contradict yourself at every given chance;

I've been running every other day for a while now and my weight is starting to plateau. Would running every day increase my muscle mass and actually make me look heavier if I started? I'm around 120 and a little over 5'4" and would like to be a solid 115.

Posted on the same day. (August 24)

This tells me what I wanted to know. I'll give it more time in hopes that everything tightens up. As an endurance athlete adding more muscle isn't a good option for me. But hey, a year and a half ago I was seeing the oncologist and this last weekend I ran a 6:46 pace to take fourth place a race.

I have been on maternity leave for 6 months due to complications. I am suppose to be back to work in 6 weeks now that I have had my baby. I work in a pretty physical unit as a nurses aide for dementia patients. I want to have lost as much weight as do-able and be in shape too, any suggestions?

I'm vegetarian, but I can't really compare it to a non-veg diet because I've been a vegetarian my entire life.

I am considering using the following or something similar as a bulking up diet to gain some muscle mass in the gym. I need to know if this contains enough of the necessary nutrients & proteins etc. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

07:30 Bowl of bran flakes + Shake (banana, orange, pkt of instant oatmeal, yoghurt)

09:30 Cheese sandwich w/tbspn of peanut butter + cream cheese

11:30 Tuna sandwich w/ 1pint of milk

13:30 Half a roast chicken

16:00 (roughly 1hour 30 mins before gym) shake (same as breakfast shake)

18:30 Steak or chicken w/potatoes & brocolli

So, let me get this straigth... You are an endurance athlete, that also works as a nurses aide, that managed to run and take fourth place on a race, even though you are on maternity leave for complications. You also run every day, do 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups. Every now and then, you lose motivation and stop exercising for "about 3 days", even though you said you exercise every day.
You are trying to gain muscle mass, even though you think it wouldn't be a "good option". You were a vegetarian for your entire life, but suddenly you dropped that idea and started eating meat...
You also got confused with your weight, and even though you first thought you were 158.4, you somehow realized you are around 120.

We are not fools. You should have been banned a long time ago.
