Hello Everyone!
My name is Amy and im 16.
Ive struggled quite a bit with my weight in the past and found myself at 13 being 175lbs.
In desperation to lose weight i tried many fad diets such as atkins, south beath and the cabage soup.
I became obsessed with calories and after a while gained an eating disorder.
Im still partly in recovery from the habbits and trying to eat the recommended amounts - ive lost around 20lbs since october not very sensibly and now im trying to lose weight through fitness...
Im still slightly overweight and would like to weigh a healthy amount for my height - by having a BMI of like 21 or 22!
Other things about me:
I enjoy going out running and i love dancing.
Im crazy and loud and internet obsessed so i will probably be online most of the time.
Im in my final year at school and after leaving school im joining college from then on im hoping to become a police officer.
Erm i hate writing intros about myself as i never know what to say but hello everyone and i cant wait to speak to you all
