I am was looking to see if I could find a forum about training ans my interest with keeping fit has increased with age, lol.
I am at the moment very proud of myself thinking that three and a half year ago my weight was 90 kilo and I'm only 165 cm high! I have lost weight since then, the first 20, by change in eating habits and the last 10 due to running and further control of eating habits.
Today my weight is about 60 kilos and I run almost every other day 50 minutes (7 km).
I have recently started thinking that I could do with a more toned upper body and maybe even get a six pack before the summer ends
I am doing the and on-line and are currently on week 2 day 2 on both in third column.
I'm not sure if this is enough? Maybe I should do something for biceps as well? Don't want to end up with a disproportional body; six pack, huge triceps and chest, but no biceps, lol
I hope I can keep up with this. My biggest problem is my own impatience. But I love it when I see results. I'm 29 this month, but people now take me for being five years younger! I love that!
