Hello I'm Gemma. I'm 5ft 9.5 and I have (what seems like an unreachable goal) to be slimmer. And have more of an athletic body. I've recently bought a dvd to help me with my exercise routine. (ministry of sound - pump it up) And it's quite good, but whenever I find the time to do it I'm to tired and have no motivation to do it. And therfore I end up on the sofa watching T.V. all night. So this is my call for people to motivate me. 
It is also very hard to kick the habit of eating when i'm bored, so hopefully writing things on here will keep me busy at home and stop me from reaching for the chocolate. So I would love to hear from any of you.

Forming a new exercise habit is a rough one - and you found a great place for motivation, but you won't start doing it until YOU make up your mind that you're gonna do it. It was hard for me at first, but what I tried was scheduling a time to exercise - and then sticking to that schedule, I made it a commitment.
