Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a single mother and soon to be graduate (from graduate school in August) and I have been on the weight loss journey longer than I cared to be. I was an overweight kid but lost the weight my junior year in high school (it was a great thing going into college). I didn't really start gaining it back until my junior year in college. I lost weight briefly again WHILE pregnant (no figure) but packed on about 30 pounds after she made her presence into the world (I was totally stressed out). Anyway, I'm here to make a permanent change with a healthy diet and exercise. I want to lose about 40 pounds. I decided I have no particular date to achieve this but I would like to see a 20 pound loss by my graduation in August. I am really glad to be here.
