Hello everyone. I am 34 years old 5'4" and weigh 133 pounds. My husband and I bought a treadmill on Tuesday and we have been using it since Wednesday. I was thinking of dropping down to between 125-130 pounds but would that be healthy for me? I eat 1600 calories a day. I do the treadmill everyday for 30 minutes at 4 miles an hour. Does that sound reasonable? I also lift 15 weight dumbells everynight- 4 sets of 10. Thank you
 
Well 3-8 pounds won't kill you, you'll probably tighten up a little. Just make sure you're varying your weight exercises and getting in your major muscle groups with things like squats, planks, etc.
