Hello fellow travelers! I'm so excited to have found this forum. I stayed up late last night reading! I've started a diary which should be linked in my sig line but the short version is...I'm 41 and been overweight most of my life to varying degrees. Yo-yo dieter, fads, etc. except for the last 10 years or so where I just gave up and hence 269lbs. Finally got to rock bottom last May and buckled down and got to work. Due to mainly just calorie counting, I have lost about 66lbs so far. I joined a gym and started working out after I lost about 50lbs...

the emotional eating, i have not eaten any mini croissants or pain au chocolate for the last 4 days, and i have also controled a bit on the quantities i eat. When i work at night is the worst part, but i've discovered that if i have a good jumper and if i feel confortable and not cold i don't feel like eating so much.
