Hello, my name is Nicole. I'm sixteen, and I joined this forum to give and receive feedback regarding weight loss.
I recently started a weight loss plan (started it about 4 days ago) in which I don't eat after 6 oclock (I sleep around 12-1) and eat a little over 500 calories per day. Also, I've been running at least 4 miles a day (actually ran 8 yesterday
) and am going to prepare for track/cross country next year.
Any recommendations for my diet? I appreciate feedback =)
