So this is my first time joining a forum of any kind. I'm a little shy. Anyway I am for the first time trying to be healthier and more active. I have never been into sports(or good at them), and have always been a fan of relaxing at home with a good book or movie. I guess I am a couch potato. I also work overnights and find I have little motivation to workout. So I have been eating healthier and trying to add in exercise but find its hard to keep a routine. I also Love sweets
which is a problem. I would love suggestions if anyone has advice.
