I'm new to forums period. Don't quite get the whole idea of how it works, but I'm sure I will figure it out soon enough. I had packed on quite a few pounds in the past 2 years and just became depressed about it, but didn't really do anything about it because I felt like it would just take forever to get started and see results so the pounds just kept coming. I found a WONDERFUL health drink that helped me take it ALL off healthily and quickly within two months, but while I lost this weight, it made me really aware of how bad my eating habits are and being from South Louisiana just about all "good stuff" is bad for you. I want to maintain my weight, but not only that, I want to feel good about what I put into my body. I have 4 kids and 3 are under the age of 6. With my husband working offshore 3 weeks out of the month it makes it very difficult to get out to workout or do much for myself and lets face it, I'm just not motivated. I'm looking for a fun way to do it. I swim in summer, but that's not year round. So any suggestions.....?
