Hello, I'm Kim. So I started 2 weeks ago my journey to get healthy and lose weight. I started with a simple detox ( tried) and now it's been a week where I am on step 2 which is choosing foods from the flexible eating. I replace some meal with a healthy, filling, and nice shake which has helped me eat less. I have already lost weight which is amazing as I haven't started working out yet.
Would love to know how other people are getting on and if anyone is interested in knowing more about how I'm doing and are interested in a product that helps with the weight loss. Feel free!
