Hi, My goals are really that I just want all my old jeans to fit. I have 7 pairs that I love that I can't wear! I don't have a lot to lose, but I have developed some bad habits I want to reverse.
I've been going jogging and have fixed up my old bike. I want it to become second nature to exercise.
Looks like this forum will be a great way to keep focused!
