Dude you look ****ing awesome.

And judging by your other posts, you're in awesome shape.

Screw evaluating your body by someone else's standards. If you can maintain what you look like today, you're set for life. lol

haah why thank you, but i am worried i wont be able to keep my body like this i mean to be honest i do not work out to often and i am still underweight compared to my BMI and for my age.

Muscle is denser than fat; meaning that it takes less physical properties (in appearance) to make a pound of muscle than one pound of fat. If you put one pound of muscle and one pound of fat side by side, the fat pound would look much larger, though they both weigh the same. This is one reason one can look smaller (hypothetically speaking) if one were to lose one pound of fat and gain one pound of muscle (a lot of variables here but you get the idea).

You have outstanding genetic composition, young man. Take advantage if it! One great starting point for being so young, and you are not even finished with your initial development cycle, yet.

I wish you much luck with your personal fitness goals.

And, welcome to the forum.

Best regards,

Chillen

Don't worry. You've all but cleared the puberty hurdle at 15.

Plus, the BMI Index is supa-flawed.

Half the players in the NFL are technically obese according to the BMI.

You want something that takes into consideration body fat percentage, not some stone age height-weight ratio.

That's not to say you shouldn't exercise. You do cross country running right? Keep that up.

If you can't, find another sport, or sports. Field lacrosse, soccer, even ultimate frisbee, something heavy on cardio and not full-contact.

Use your school's gym every other day for 30 minutes. Do some free weight training on the stability ball.

There's a ton of stuff you could do that isn't 'hard' commitment wise.

thank you i appreciate your advice, im thinking of skipping winter track this year. For one its too cold and i hate running in the cold, another reason is beause i wanna gain some more muscle mass and iv been told running long distacnes like i do effect my abillity to gain muscle so im going to head to the school gym 3 times a week and on the other days ill throw in some running just too keep my shape for spring track would this be a good plan?

you hit the genetic lottery!!

if you waste it, that is a shame.

I would eat big, lift heavy, get good coaching and grow that sucker!!

hate you lots

FF

edit--- dude!!! really, your pectoral platform is large. you biscuits are down into your opening, verses tucked up under your sternum, and the obliques are high! You can do things to split those lower obs, and then BUILD-- add lats, traps, canonballs shoulder, the arms will come along with the rest!

I am not one to praise to the hilt, but you have it coming. At 15, with a 6 min mile, your options are wide open! BUT, and this is a major BUT- you have fitness competition, body building, and picture selling elements to the max. STAND UP straighter, pull your chin in a bit and look it in the eye! I showed you to my whole family, and we know what the heck we are looking at!!!

that is all.

if you have been lurking then you will know, these are rare comments by me.

no dope, no drinking, no smoking, no drugs, and DUDE!!!

if you waste this--- YOU ARE A TOTAL FF'in LOSER with a major capitol L!!!!

you really think so? i don't think i have a bad body but i don't think its anything special. Id never do body building to much muscle for me i don't want to push it i just want to have a body i can respect and other people can think good of, i would do modeling though, but what do you mean by fitness competition? and also can someone explain to me what he mean when he said this?

I keyword "use" to look like that when I was 15-18yrs old...

I use to skateboard all day everyday from the time I could first stand on one t'ill a few years ago... It was one of my biggest passions... then one day I just suddenly dropped it when I got an office job and sitting at a desk all day kinda turned me lazy... I kick myself in the arse thinking back about it now...

keep up the good work man!

LOL

I suspect, AltKid, that you have a body composition that is high in fast twitch muscle fibers, seeing as how you are so fast and how you're defined as a 15 year old boy. Lift big, eat big, and you will grow fast.

haha yea i skate too im slowly easing off it though its not as fun as it used to be since most of my friends dont skate anymore

Thats SUPER impressive for 15!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a 15 year old brother who is a complete BONE! He has no muscle definition yet and is just starting to work out with weights. I'm sure he'd trade with you in a second! LOL.

I mean consume tons of calories. It's up to you if you want them to be from healthy sources. You will grow so long as you eat calories and lift.

Looking good alternativekid Keep it up mate!
Look forward too seeing progress pics on this one. So much you can do with this...

Looking good mate, jealous lol!
