Hello i am thinking about losing 50 lbs before the the last week of August. I am 6'0 and 250lbs also i'm 16yrs old boy . I am planning on lifting alot of weights and losing 500 calories a day. I am currently taking a vitamin B-complex and Multivitamin pills. i plan on drinking a shit ton of water, and take in about 2000 calories a day. And my main concern is that i might have saggy skin after the weight loss. So my question is will i have huge amounts of saggy skin and is it possible for me to come close to that goal of losing 50lbs before the last week of August? Thank you for reading.
