Hello I guess..

Hello, my actual name is Mike, I am new here and have decided that I need help with trying to lose weight so I thought maybe a forum will work. I am 15 and 265 pounds...:(. Unfortunately it is very hard for me to diet because most of my family is overweight and they have NO interest in losing weight and dont seem to understand why I would want to... So could someone please refer me to somewhere on this forum where it will show me basically exercises that I can do at the gym that will make me lose weight? Unfortunately I cannot really change my diet because of my parents so ill just have to eat much much less.. But idk what kind of exercises to do, Im only really here because im in love with a girl :beating: who doesn't even really notice me because of my weight and I want to start dating her as soon as possible so I need to lose like 50 pounds in about 3 months. So for me to achieve that I could really use someone to tell me what exercises to try, what kind of supplement s to take, all that kind of stuff. Money not to big of an issue here so please help?

First of all, get the idea of losing 50 lbs in 3 months out of your mind. You didn't get to your current weight in 3 months, you won't lose it that fast. Besides, taking drastic measures to lose quikly will only result in loose skin and so forth - that will wind up looking worse than the fat.

Read the sticky posts in the exercise area and you'll get a lot of information on good basic exercises to do that will help you to lose weight and maintain/build muscle.

Actually it wouldn't be that hard assuming what im thinking is correct. Just not eat much so im not taking in alot of calories, work out constantly and if I can take off about 3 lbs. per week by about the end of December I could lose about 40 pounds but if I kick it into overdrive just before that point I could potentially lose about 50 lbs. right? :willy_nilly:
