I am ready to lose weight. I love playing sports and do it 5 days a week for over and hour. My problem is how much I eat. I would eat two very big meals a day, I love food I will try everything and eat everything. The problem isn't that I am obese or anything, I am trying to lose 15 pounds so I can have a flat stomach and keep it that way. I usually eat over 1000 calories just for dinner I guess that is because i wake up late because i work and never feel like eating when i wake up but at night i will chow down anything thats in my way. I hope i can get help from everyone.
