My name is Diane , I am married with 3 sons. I have never been over weight , but since I am getting older ( 44 ), I am finding out it is not so easy to lose weight if i want to. So , I tried Curves , didnt work ( i thought ), Tried exercising every day , didnt work , while still eating junk ! Then I met this 21 yr old girl I WORK WITH , who just wanted to lose a little n exercise, so she got me on this 1200 calorie a day diet N i exercised. Well ,since I CHANGED MY eating ways , ie, no more white bread , mostly vegies, fruits and 2 oz white meat with some exchanges..... well needless to say , I have lost 16 lbs in 1 month! I was weighing the most I ever weighed a month ago ! Because im getting older n cant eat the junk any more ! so I AM HAPPY :) AND PROUD OF MY SELF !
this is my new n improved body ! LOL
I luv my body now ... and i am not done , i am gonna keep eating right ( healthy ) and I WANNA get down to 130 , I am 5 6 .

also i go on fitday.com and you can log in your weight it gives you your bmi and log in your activities and alot more!! ck it out !!
