Hello, my name is Katrina, but you can call me Kat. Im 18, 5'10", and I live in Michigan. I'm here because I want to be healthy. I am the only person in my family left who isn't obese, and that scares me. Even when I promised myself when I was younger that I wouldn't grow up to be like so many of my family members who are suffering from a variety of health issues, I STILL ended up overweight. And at such a young age! Well Im sick and tired of it, so it shall change!
My friend and I started a little weight loss competition between us last week but she lives 18 hours away from me, so shes not always available for support. Thats kind of why I joined this forum. Im also here for inspiration and Ive found a lot of it! ^-^
