I am newcomer.My weight is 81 kg and height is 5 feet 8 inch.I want to lose my weight to 70 kg till the end of FEB.Can you tell what diet should I take .What exercises should I do.
 
Welcome Stallone. I'm not sure about my conversions from kg to lbs, but 11 kg is a bit much to lose in a month, especially since you're not starting out that high. Plus remember, February is a short month!

Start out slow; keep a record of your calorie intake and see how your'e doing right now. If you start a journal here, we can take a look at your plan and help you out. Healthy weightloss is no more than 2 lbs a week at the most.
 
Hello Stallone- dariqueen is right. Do a little research and find the diet (change of lifestyle) that is right for you. If you do it the right way it will last you a life time. Good luck to you.
 
It would be extremely unhealthy to lose that much weight in 3 weeks, let alone it being piratical to accomplish.

The general consensus between the medical community is that up to 1 kilogram (~2.2 pounds) is what you can expect to lose safely over a week's time.

A kilogram of body fat is roughly 7800 Calories (kcal). To lose a kilo a week you need to reduce your diet by 550 Calories and burn 550 extra calories through exercise every day. This is, of course, considering that you're taking in just enough Calories to maintain your weight and not actively gaining weight, in which case you'd need to cut your diet further.
