Hi Everyone,

I am new to this site and I feel that it will be very helpful to me. I am struggling with getting back into shape. I used to be in good shape, but now I have let myself go. I must admit that even though I have developed poor eating habits and I have been pretty sedentary, I am not too far away from getting my body back into tip-top shape. I just need help with sticking to the plan. Once I start, I will work very hard, but if something throws me off course, it is hard for me to recover and get back to working out. I look forward to networking with individuals on this site.:)
 
Welcome, to the site! :] If you haven't already- I suggest starting a weight loss diary. I know I love mine. If you have any questions- many people on here will be willing to answer them.
