Well when having a high thyroid (hyperthyroid), you might want to eat food called "Goitrogenic" (Goitrogenic food actually acts like an antithyroid and can make the thyroid a bit underactive. Food like : Broccoli, Pine nuts, Brussels sprouts, Red Radish, Peaches, Cabbage, Mustard, Strawberries, Peanuts, Radishes, Spinach, among others.. are known to be goitrogenic (you can find a complete list by searching "goitrogenic food" on the internet)
Now i cannot really help you on what kind of medicine or treatment you should take when having a high thyroid problem as it's more a medical problem - thks
