Hello & Help!!

Hello--I'm new to the site and am looking to make big changes in '07! I've always struggled w/ my weight, and now here I am at 31 w/ 90-100lbs. to lose. I'm turning my despair into action and any advice regarding a workout plan will be greatly appreciated.

I would say I'm a beginner as far as weight training since I haven't done it consistently in over a year. However, I've worked out w/ a personal trainer in the past and am experienced w/ both free weights and machines. I know my way around the gym, I just need to put my time to good use while I'm there....oh, and actually stick to it :)

I've been doing cardio for the past several weeks, but still don't really know where to start w/ the weights. I need to be on a schedule and know exactly what I need to do otherwise I just head to the elliptical or treadmill and do cardio.

Any recommendations on a starting plan? Should I do full-body workouts or splits? How many days a week? Cardio on the same day or before/after? What should my daily calorie intake be (5'4, >200lbs.)?
