hello everyone well not only am I new to this forum I am also not good @ computer stuff so it makes finding out how to post and make my own diaries just a little hader for me but hey I am deffinetly willing to learn so who I am first I have 3 beautiful girls. Married and well like most mom after the babies came the weght just would not go away. I now weigh 220 but I hit 223 a few weeks a go and i decided enough..I'm just tired of being big I was never small so i'm not trying to go down to a 3 or anything however I know i need to lose about 75lbs. I hope this forum gives me the extra motivation on the days that i feel blah!!! and hopefully i will be able to help others as well thanx...
 
I really wish you success with your goals. If you naturally carry a few pounds extra you will have to do a bit of extra work.

The great news is that small changes in diet and in exercise will bring about significant results over time. If you want to maintain your current day-to-day life, weight loss is still very attainable.

If you want to move faster, the sacrifices will be a little bit larger. But I believe Steve or I would be more than willing to help you...if you truly want it. Both of us have professional training experience which we provide for free on here.
