Welcome! Sounds like you have a good plan to reach your goal. Do you have a date you want to hit that goal by? Or perhaps a goal to hit in the next 3-4 months?

Maybe something like working out X hours a week? Or drinking X glasses of water a day? Something without a real "deadline" but something to help keep you going?

The 5 lbs/month is a great start and I think manageable even with the odd off days we all have.
