Hello hello :D

Hi,

I've been working out for about a year now, I used to be a large woman. At my peak, roughly 210 lbs/95 kilos. I've worked my way down to 132 lbs/60 kilos.

I'm 22 years old, 5ft7 (165cms) reasonably fit, but still have some unwanted flab. I'd like to lose another 11 lbs/5 kilos, for I've been it once before, and that weight suited my body shape well.

This is the first website I've ever signed up to for fitness, and i'm hoping it can answer some queries that's been on my mind, and also keep me on track.

I don't 'workout' a lot, but I do mow a lot of lawns for a side job and I ride my bike every day for about an hour hard, and another hour just racing my dog to make sure she gets her exercise too. I'd like to push myself harder, and improve on exercises that help tone my body.

I don't have a lot of equipment, my brothers have their weights, and push-up handles. I have a skipping rope that I try to use every day. I've never been to a gym, or had the luxury of using their equipment. I live too far from any town to sign myself up to one.

I have to admit I haven't been fueling my body on the best foods, indulging in a bit of dessert here and there, and still recovering from Christmas. Although I'm becoming alot more strict and filling up my fruit bowls.
I have abit of trouble finding something nutritious to eat for breakfast or during the day. Usually I have cereal for breakfast, and a salad roll for lunch, with some fruit in the late afternoon. Though it's becoming boring and I would like to spice it up abit.

Well, I hope that this has covered the intro that I'm meant to submit, this is all new to me and I'm eager for change. I'll do whats needed, even if it leaves my body battered and need of a rest for a couple of days. :D

Thank you kindly for reading all this, I'm sorry if it's too long. I'm just very excited about this website, it looks very promising.
