Hey man, I responded to your other question, but I'll chime in here also. (please don't hate me cuz I'm a gator lol Besides, Stoopsie came from UF and helped us win a national title in 1996).
What are your goals, diet and exercise plans, etc. I have plenty of suggestions, all things that have worked for me, but it's best to know what you're already doing as to not mess anything up. It all starts with nutrition. Eat better, cut out the three whites (salt, sugar and white flour). Check out Men's Health magazine. There is a section called ABSPOWERDIET that kinda shows you the stuff you should be eating (including Extra Whey protein powder).
Next is your exercise routine. Are you including weight training? If all you're doing is cardio, then you're burning more muscle mass than fat, and it will be easier to gain fat if you stop.
